Last week I saw a couple of games packaged together in the computer games section at the local Wal-Mart. The games were American McGee's Alice and Clive Barker's Undying. I have played Alice before and liked it and I liked the description of Undying. I took note of the fact that my laptop may not fit the system requirements for either game but decided that if worse came to worse I would just install them on the mostly forgotten desktop computer which meets the system requirements for both games.

So I scraped-up a pile of change and hit the coinstar. We weren't using that money anyway.

Already knowing what Alice is like, I installed Clive Barker's Undying. 

I thoroughly enjoy this game. Nice, very nice. It is a perfect match for my recent insomnia.

I have also found an Undying website http://www.3dactionplanet.com/undying/undying/gameinfo/. The website has an active forum, new maps, info on editing, and cheats.

I haven't been able to play too much lately. The last I remember Patrick was on an island and someone was throwing rocks at him. I did discover a stupid Howler trick though. You can find it at the bottom of the Undying Cheats page.

I made a little map to get an idea of the process. So now I know how to make a simple textured box for a room and place objects into it. I can't move or place them well because of the state of the laptop but that should change when I'm able to buy a mouse. Map ideas are churning in my head. I'm going to keep track of all of my level creation on a separate page HERE.

I got Unreal Tournament 2003 in the mail a couple days ago but have not had time to play it yet. I still need to play Undying all the way through. I'm going to start a new game and play from beginning to end before I start to make my own maps and such.

I updated the Cheats page and added the User.ini page.
